From the clinic facilities to the nose design, it feels a bit old-fashioned. But by old-fashioned, I don't mean they pursue an old-style surgery nose; it's more like they really pursue extreme naturalness. This is fine for about 3 years after doing it. But as time goes on, you start regretting not having done this or that a little differently. It's so natural that even people who know my face don't realize I had nose surgery. It's not the kind of nose people usually say was operated on. That part is both nice and a bit disappointing. I had it done in 2022, and both my nose and double eyelids are reeeally natural, so that's why I'm disappointed... As for my eyes, I'll just keep them as they are, and I'm considering a revision rhinoplasty for my nose. But honestly, at this point it seems realistically difficult to make it any more appealing here, so if you want to preserve your facial features as much as possible, I recommend it
