I went after making a consultation appointment, but I couldn’t see the doctor’s face and only consulted with the manager. First, for the bridge they said silicone; for lowering the columella they said donated costal cartilage; for the tip they said to build a pillar with septal cartilage and stack auricular cartilage on top, and because the skin at the tip is thin, it needs to be wrapped with ear dermis. The manager I was consulting with had such a pretty nose that I asked where they had it done, and they said they had revision surgery at Diva recently, then took off their mask to show me. The scar on the tip hadn’t healed yet, but seeing the manager’s nose made me trust them. I felt disappointed that I hadn’t been able to consult with the director too. I plan to decide after looking into it more.
