The pre-op consultation was much longer and more sincere than at other clinics, but afterward I felt like I had been scammed. The attitude changed after the surgery. Even though I lost thousands of dollars and suffered damage, I do not understand why I should be treated like the weaker party. Anyway, about the surgical result, I am dissatisfied, and honestly the outcome is so opposite to what the doctor I consulted with and the doctor who operated on me discussed that I wondered if they were even the same person. I raised an objection, but it seemed they only care about the pre-op consultation. Even getting to see the doctor is incredibly hard, and even the staff below them is impossible to get in touch with. The manager did not even read my KakaoTalk messages, let alone reply. It took three months just to get a chance to see the director. They even reported me for leaving a supposedly insincere review. Honestly, maybe leaving an insincere review would have been more beneficial for the clinic. I have a lot more to say, but I will stop here. For the public interest, I will leave an honest star rating as long as it does not cause problems.
