Whenever I asked a question, they did not brush it off casually and explained each point in an easy-to-understand way, so I felt a sense of trust. However, personally, I still did not feel fully confident about the surgical results, so I could not decide on surgery right away. The consultation itself was more than satisfactory, and it was very helpful for objectively understanding my nose condition. I would be willing to visit again after thinking about it a little more.
