The doctor answered everything very kindly They said the surgery would use silicone fixation A CT scan showed how much the bone had sunken When I asked to see similar cases to mine, they found and showed me They said the philtrum might look longer, but I wouldn’t really feel it The length of my philtrum is also a concern, so I’m hesitating a bit They said the hollowing beside the nose would definitely help the side profile and mouth shape They did say I’m pretty sunken overall The only thing is I still can’t decide whether fixation or non-fixation would be better I plan to go to more consultations and then decide
