It was the worst among all the hospitals I have been to for consultations so far. Even though I had made an appointment and went there, I had to wait about 20 minutes before meeting the counselor, and then more than 30 minutes to meet the director, so it felt like I spent more time waiting than actually consulting. Of course, I understand that if surgery runs late, that can happen, but in that case the counselor should have given me a heads-up in advance or the director should have come out.
