From consultation to surgery to recovery, I was satisfied overall. During the consultation, they explained things in detail in a way that fit my face, which built trust, and there was no feeling of being pushed too hard. They also kindly answered my questions before and after surgery, and the staff were polite so everything went comfortably. The clinic facilities were also kept clean, and the wait time was not very long. I am currently recovering
