I had nose surgery and I’m so satisfied I kept debating until the very end whether to do alar reduction, but I’m so glad I did it. Four people around me saw mine and got it done here too, and they’re all satisfied. The manager was also so kind. I had almost no swelling or bruising after surgery, and I used donated costal cartilage and silicone cartilage, and it turned out exactly the way I wanted! I should have gotten nose surgery sooner instead of nose filler. Removing the filler cost a bit extra. Now, unless I say I had surgery, no one can tell
