I visited for a consultation, and from start to finish they explained things kindly and in detail, which left a good impression. They spoke honestly about not only the strengths but also the drawbacks and points to watch for, tailored to my facial condition and concerns, so I felt I could trust them. I also liked that they did not aggressively recommend multiple procedures and instead suggested an approach suited to my situation. In the end I decided to get my procedure done somewhere else after thinking it over, but now that I look back
