This is my third rhinoplasty revision surgery. The tip of my nose kept dropping, the hump correction wasn't fully done, and above all I didn't like the angle of the nasolabial angle, so I kept ending up having surgery. It's been a little over 5 months since this surgery, and maybe because I used autologous costal cartilage, even after the swelling went down, I'm really satisfied with both the height and shape. I hope the current state stays like this, but from having had nose surgery several times, I feel like after a year it will drop a bit, so I asked them to raise it a little more
