I was scared of nose surgery and kept hesitating, but I thought it would be better to have it done with a closed approach if possible, so I went to consult at Bin & Young, which was famous in my opinion. I was treated by Director Kwak, and what I remember most from the consultation was that they asked me, if I had five friends around me, how many of them I would want to recognize it, and they accurately understood my needs. They listened carefully to my opinions and decided the surgical direction together with me, so my trust level shot up. About 2
