I went for the consultation after waiting a year. The consultation assumed I already knew about Kozelco, so they did not explain Kozelco at all. They just asked where my concerns were and that was it. The doctor consultation was the same. There was no explanation of the surgical method at all, just a vibe of "do this here, here, and here." It did not feel rude, but it felt very factory-like. In the consultation, they recommended alar reduction, but the doctor said it was not necessary and an unnecessary surgery
