It's been one month since my philtrum surgery, and because just shortening the philtrum wasn't enough and the columella was curling in, the nasolabial angle looked bad, so they said I also needed the nasal tip done, and I had both procedures together! My facial proportions definitely changed, haha. Since the midface looks a little shorter, my whole face feels completely different.. haha. The director's aesthetic sense is really good. At the consultation, to be honest, they weren't rude or anything, but they had a strong pride and a rather stiff style, so I worried for a while and then just went ahead based only on their skill..
