I went there while looking around for rhinoplasty. Because it is in Samseong Station, there were really a lot of foreigners, and I had to wait a bit, but everyone was kind so the wait didn't feel that long. Since there is a CT scan, the consultation fee is on the higher side. The director answered everything I asked and didn't feel like adding all sorts of extra things too aggressively; I thought he was taking a conservative approach. In the end, I didn't decide to have the surgery here
