The doctor seemed careful yet kind, and had a strong sense of conviction about what he wanted to do. He took a front photo, then a side photo, and with a quick bit of Photoshop, my face was transformed into how I would look with a different nose. He explained the columella angle and why a depressor septi nasi release would be needed for the bulbous tip area, and it stuck in my mind much more clearly than a drawing, so even after the consultation I could picture the result, which was nice. There were a lot of young patients waiting at the clinic, so it gave off the feeling that I would get a trendy nose.
