The surgical plan was explained as using 5 mm silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. First, they looked at my nose condition and checked the existing bridge height, skin thickness, and nasal tip support, and said that if I wanted a natural line without making it too high, 5 mm would be appropriate. Because my face type would feel burdensome if it were made too high, I liked that they recommended a stable measurement rather than just being greedy. Nasal tip
