The director is kind and easy to communicate with. Since it was my second consultation, I wasn't at the point where I knew everything, so I asked for all sorts of things, and he agreed to everything, which was good but also made me wonder if this was really right Rather than explaining the nasal structure and such in a professional way or suggesting a shape that would suit my face, he seems more focused on matching the patient's needs. The manager didn't seem very experienced and just felt decently kind.
