The consultation went manager - doctor - manager, and if the manager did not know something or it was ambiguous, they wrote it down and helped me get an answer from the doctor. The doctor was not the type to strongly stop something if they thought it was pointless, but seemed to try to accommodate me as much as possible. I liked that they explained the surgical method. It was a positive experience. However, there was no explanation for why the price ended up about 300,000 won higher than the price I was told through the app, so I was left wishing that had been explained.
