I had zero expectations and the consultation was something I booked because I had free time, but I got a lot out of it. The manager was kind and seemed very knowledgeable about surgery, and before the doctor consultation they gave me a heads-up about the doctor’s speaking style so there would be no unnecessary misunderstandings.
