I went in thinking I would do both the outer and lower canthoplasty without incision, but they said the outer canthoplasty had to be done only with incision. Their experience seemed quite substantial, and I liked how they marked the canthoplasty line, so they seemed trustworthy, but I hesitated because the surgical method seemed like it would leave a D-shaped scar. When I asked about the D-shaped scar, instead of saying that such a scar would not form, both the manager and the director said that as long as they do not open too widely, it should be fine.
