I first talked with the consultation manager, then went into the director's consultation. The recommendations were almost the same as when I spoke with the manager... They recommended incisional surgery + ptosis correction. They said my eyes can never have a very thick double eyelid and that I need to go thin. I asked whether ptosis correction was really necessary, and they said it's better to do it if possible. They drew the line several times, explained things well, and were generally good at answering questions. Unusually, they also looked at my overall facial balance, not just my eyes...
