They prefer silicone and septal cartilage linkage. It feels like they use the material they prefer rather than tailoring it to my face. I do like the rounded tip of my nose, but they didn't raise the tip very much compared with the bridge, so that was disappointing. Still, I do like that the tip looks natural. 5555555555555 um um number of characters... um um um um To sum up: a natural, round nose tip. If using silicone, it seems like for most women they put in 3.5 mm. Incision
