Revision nose re-revision surgery (silicone replacement, autologous costal cartilage, osteotomy, inferior turbinate reduction, bulbous nose correction) The manager was kind. The hospital facilities don't particularly look good, but they don't look bad either. The director seems to explain everything in great detail, one by one.. For me, it felt a bit frustrating.. When I said I wanted an osteotomy, they recommended reducing the inferior turbinates because they were large while doing the osteotomy.. I like proactive directors.
