It was 4 years ago, so I don’t really remember what the doctor was like, but the consultation manager was very straightforward, friendly, and made me feel comfortable, so my impression was really good. Not long after my first fat grafting procedure, when I accidentally poured hot water on my leg at a time when I had to be careful, I panicked and sent a message. Even though it was late on a weekend, they called right away and were extremely concerned not only about the surgical site but also about the burn.
