In the end I couldn't have a consultation with the director, so I marked the doctor's kindness and surgery expectations as medium. The consultation manager did not explain things in much detail and was not very kind either. The answers to my questions were things like, "I don't know," "I'm not sure," and "Wouldn't that be the case?" so there was no confidence in them, and the whole consultation felt very uncomfortable. They didn't even give me a business card, so I don't even know the name lol The hospital seemed like only the entrance had been remodeled, and the consultation room area seemed a bit old. I
