I consulted with Director Koo. First of all, he was extremely kind, and I’ve been to four places, but this was the only one that said it would be sufficiently possible using only the septum and ear cartilage without costal cartilage. At other places, alar reduction came as part of the package, but here they said it probably wasn’t necessary to do it. The only thing that bothers me is that the hospital hasn’t been open for very long, but what do you all think about that?
