During the consultation with Director Im Sung-yoon, there was absolutely no suggestion of unnecessary surgery. They carefully explained why each surgery was needed or not needed, and also explained the expected effects well. I could see confidence that they could create the part I wanted, which made me trust them, and I liked that they clearly told me what couldn’t be done. The consultation director was also kind and explained things thoroughly. The facilities were overall clean and nice with a white tone But the front desk staff don’t pick up the phone well, and there are some parts that feel a bit rude. Other than the front desk, everything seems fine…??? I was really satisfied with the consultation with the doctor
