They are really, really kind! The manager is extremely kind, and the director explains everything in great detail. They checked the line many times and even let me try drawing it myself.. I wanted an incisional method, and when I said I couldn’t guarantee it would hold if it came loose, they honestly told me so. I also wanted a bit of revision, and they clearly separated what could and could not be done, which actually made me trust them more. haha There are many clinics that make you feel bad as soon as you do a consultation tour, but this one didn’t, so it left a positive impression on me.
