I went for a consultation about revision surgery for overly exaggerated out-line sausage eyes. They said I would need to lower the line by about 1 to 1.5 mm overall and do partial double-line creation. They said I should lower the inner corner line and make it a more natural semi-outline than I have now (my desired look is a glamorous eye...). They said if I do in-out, it would become an inner double eyelid, which would turn out different from my desired look. When I said I also wanted the outer and lower canthoplasty, they said even if there is space, it would be fine. For the double-line creation, I do not have much scarring
