It was my first consultation, and they did not tell me how much the surgery would cost (I put about 100 because I could not register it). The consultation itself was extremely long, probably over an hour. The director strongly prefers a natural in-line style. He pointed out all the lines that would work and would not work, and explained everything very carefully (things like how they stitch 20 to 30 times during the surgery? or how and how much skin should be cut
