The doctor pursues a natural aesthetic. At first I was frustrated, thinking, why will he not raise the line any higher? But after some time, I realized the doctor had real insight. And because they always check consciousness during the surgery, you do not need to worry about the doctor suddenly changing or anything like that. But it can hurt a bit..
