The biggest strength, first of all, is that they are kind. If I had any questions and called, they answered right away without showing any annoyance. And the director seems to pursue a very natural look, so they don't set the line too high. They also said there was no need for ptosis correction. In fact, after the surgery it looked very natural and I was satisfied. But the front part of one eye seemed like the line was a bit too close to the edge, and eventually it came undone after a year and a half, so I had that side redone (they did it for free as aftercare!). It was more because my eyes had a lot of fat and thick skin and, in many ways, were the kind of eyes that were prone to loosening, so I just accepted it. After the partial revision, there was really no swelling at all, and after a week I could just go back to daily life
