This was the first clinic I went to, and I still hadn't properly decided on the line I wanted, but they explained things kindly and I think I was able to make a decision to some extent. I liked that they didn't push various surgeries too much. Even when explaining, I got the feeling they were professional and confident. The manager was also kind.
