Everyone was kind overall, and the doctor also made a lot of effort during the consultation. It wasn't very tangible because everything was drawn with a pencil, but I showed the nose I wanted and was told it was possible, so I'm looking forward to it. There was no pressure to leave a deposit or anything like that, and a 100% refund was possible until one week before surgery, so there was no burden.
