I got surgery because I was stressed out about my upturned nose. Honestly, it feels like my quality of life has changed. My columella had curled upward and my nostrils were fully visible, so every time I looked straight ahead, it felt like a pig nose and it was mentally so hard. This revision surgery focused on extending the septum and bringing down the upturned nasal tip. Once the stitches came out, the line was clearly defined, and now the nostril show has been reduced, and the line suits my face shape without feeling artificial, so I’m really glad.
