I had under-eye fat removal and I'm extremely satisfied..!!! It was done from the inside without any skin incision, so there was no scar, and I was able to live normally after two weeks. At first I was thinking about getting filler, but I changed because I had some vague fear that it might move and because I heard the lasting power was short. Looking back now, I'm glad I changed my mind.. Even office workers can take annual leave and get it done! Even now, people around me don't know I had surgery unless I tell them, and when I do tell them, they say they thought that's just how I looked originally.
