It was my first surgery, so I did not know much, but the director compared everything with ideal measurements and shaped it to fit my nose goals. They carefully explained in a way I could understand all the parts where my desired procedure direction differed or where I had misunderstood things, and I really liked that. The manager also pointed out things we really need to know, such as A/S and follow-up care methods, even when I did not ask, and mentioned questions that other patients usually ask, which helped a lot.
