I had low dorsum short-nose surgery. I used silicone, septal cartilage, and donor rib cartilage, and had a straight-but-slightly-raised line done haha. From the day of surgery until day 3, I could not breathe through my nose so my throat hurt so much, but now when I look at my nose, I am satisfied enough that I can barely remember the hard time I went through ,,,,,,, I saw a lot of videos on Instagram of people taking off the splint, and the real thing was exactly the same haha The director is kind, gentle, and also funny. Anyway, every time my friends ask where I got my nose done, I feel proud. I hope the tip keeps holding its position well and does not droop.
