I mainly consulted about hump nose correction and improving a drooping nose tip, and they said to shave down the hump a little and lift the tip with ear cartilage + septal cartilage. They also said it would be good to correct the crooked nose and recommended osteotomy first. I liked that they tried to match the patient's needs as much as possible and kept asking for my opinion.
