I had a bulbous, wide nose. The wide nose was my complex, and the side profile was not bad. Even though my nose wasn't very high, I wanted to keep my facial image no matter what, so I didn't want silicone, and they said 2 mm would be better, but they told me to think about it and I didn't do it. It's been more than 10 years since the surgery now, and I had my first surgery when I was young, so maybe... I saw it on the internet, went to consult at two places, and ended up doing it right away T_T Before and after the surgery...
