Visited in 2022. After consulting with the coordinator, I met the doctor and got detailed guidance on the surgery method and other details. There wasn’t much difference between the surgery the coordinator recommended and the one the doctor recommended. Ptosis correction was not in my plan, but I was persuaded into getting it. Because I had ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery together, I’m not sure which one caused it, but I can now open my eyes fully without using my forehead. I wanted semi-out buried lines, and they said it was possible. They said in-out and semi-out would both suit my eyes well. I was reasonably satisfied for the first year after surgery. After more than a year, the line dropped and became in-out, and the right eye line looked larger, making them look uneven. There was no trace of surgery at all, so if anything it was so natural that I wasn’t unhappy. I asked for the outer and lower corner canthoplasty to be done conservatively, and I was satisfied. At the time, the doctor’s confident attitude and the statement that they could match what I wanted without overdoing it made me trust the clinic and choose it. The line keeps getting lower and one eye’s buried stitch has come undone, so I’m looking into revision surgery now. Return visit review > Looking into revision double eyelid surgery + under-eye fat repositioning. Estimate: 1.96 million won. Returned because the buried stitch came undone. For the first surgery, I remember the coordinator > doctor > coordinator sequence, and they explained the surgery method and aftercare in detail and kindly... they also did another design check before surgery... but now it feels very different.. Back then it was a hospital famous for eyes, but now it has become famous for revision eye surgery, so I had higher expectations. Still, the consultation experience became much worse. It is still coordinator > doctor > coordinator, but after the coordinator showed me to the seat, the doctor rushed in, talked for a moment, then quickly disappeared, and the coordinator just said, "That’s how it is," and ended it.. I was left wondering what even happened? The first surgery had some asymmetry and seemed to loosen up a bit early, but I liked how natural the line was and that there was no scar at all, so I came back, but the bad consultation experience is making me think. I thought that since it was their own old work, they would know it better and explain more detail, but not at all;; Seeing how busy they were, it just seemed like business was better than before... Still, because my first surgery experience wasn’t bad, and they’re becoming famous for revision surgery too, and the consultation coordinator is still the same person as before, I’m thinking about whether I should get my revision surgery here too...
