They quoted 4.5 million won and also had a review event where it would be 4 million if you posted 5 reviews. They said I would need double eyelid surgery plus ptosis correction, and if I did it, the scar above the eye would be less visible. They said the current line is high, so the problem is actually weak eye-opening strength, meaning my eyes themselves would get bigger. They said they do about three surgeries a day for a thin in-out line that shrinks by about half. They seem to advertise a lot and maybe do YouTube too, but because I would prefer excision due to my current scar, I am putting it on hold
