The doctor has a very good impression and, across all my in-person visits, this was the place where both the doctor and manager were the kindest. They prefer autologous costal cartilage and, since there is asymmetry, they looked at how to adjust things so it would not look crooked, and reviewed it in a harmonious way. During the doctor consultation, the manager listens from behind and records the contents of the consultation; some people may feel uncomfortable with that, but I liked that we could hear the surgery plan together and that they pointed out things I had forgotten.
