After CT and photo shooting, they explained things with a focus on natural beauty, taking into account my facial size, asymmetry, and skin. I wanted my nose to look as natural as possible, and because I have a hump nose, it was important how much of the hump would be shaved down, whether an implant would be inserted or not, and so on. They said it could be done without an implant, and if the septum was insufficient, donor costal cartilage would need to be used. The doctor honestly recommended a method that would best suit my own face, which made me trust them.
