What surprised me the most after my breast surgery was not the breasts themselves, but that I changed the way I held my posture. Before, I would unnecessarily walk around with my shoulders hunched. I hated how I looked weak in clothes that showed my body shape, so I would unconsciously shrink in on myself, but after the surgery that went away haha Actually, before surgery I kept thinking, what if I spend this money and still am not satisfied? But now, even if I go out without makeup, I don't think much of it, and I always buy pretty bras lol Someone might not understand, but after surgery I started finding joy in buying underwear. And what I didn't expect was my side profile. I was only thinking about the front, but a friend asked me if I had lost weight, and my weight was the same. It was just that my upper-body proportions changed, so the overall impression looked different. Rather than being satisfied that my breasts got bigger, it feels more like the volume that should have originally been part of my body finally appeared? I think that expression fits best. Now when I look at my pre-surgery photos, I wonder why I worried for so long.....
