The aftercare is extremely generous and unlimited. The manager explained the side effects and management costs in great detail and was kind until the very end. There was no consultation fee, and I went with a reservation, so I only waited about 15 minutes at the beginning, and the director came right away too. They checked the fat and muscle layers with ultrasound. I was debating between a lower incision and an armpit incision, but the doctor said technical problems are something the surgeon solves, so I should think carefully only about the scar (he spoke in a very tough, blunt way). He also said revision surgery for capsular contracture side effects is free. It felt like if I had surgery here, it would be very safe and they wouldn't bother me after surgery (well, I did pay, so that makes sense).
