The doctor was kind and honest, which I liked. I had a lot of questions, but he answered all of them, and the manager also explained things very professionally. He covered my current eye condition, what the problem is, and how the surgery would be carried out, and so on. The downside is that the price is too expensive, so I am thinking about it..
