They took a 20,000 won advance deposit for the consultation reservation, but they don't refund it when you cancel. They said only changes are possible. They say it's for no-show prevention, but even if you contact them two days in advance to cancel, is it really okay not to refund it? From the consultation reservation stage itself, it already felt like abuse of power and them just doing whatever they wanted, so I just took the 20,000 won loss and canceled. Please keep this in mind when making a consultation reservation.
