Well... I haven't had a consultation, so I don't know, but after I sent an inquiry, I didn't get a reply for over a week? I just assumed it wasn't possible, and then suddenly they contacted me. They said that because there are so many no-shows, I had to prepay the consultation fee to book a consultation, which felt a bit huh? (And if I wanted to change the date, it was only possible once, not on the day itself, and I think they said I'd have to pay again.) Still, I paid and waited, but the manager kept changing the appointment date three or four times ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Then I had a real situation where I couldn't go, so about five hours before the appointment I asked to change it for the same day, but they رفضed and said I had to pay again.. ㅋㅋ It is my fault for wanting a same-day change, but it's a bit ridiculous.. The consultation fee prepayment was ridiculous too, and changing the consultation date over and over was ridiculous too. Since I didn't go to the clinic, I don't know the kindness or the estimate.
