I think I waited about an hour.. They were in surgery, so they came for consultations right after the surgery ended, and even before I could book the consultation, the system only allowed contact by phone, which was a bit inconvenient If there was a change I had to call, and that kind of thing too. More than that, in terms of the consultation itself, there were so many extra materials added for my first surgery that I am considering it. They explain with drawings, which is kind, but I am not sure whether the consultation really reflected my opinion.. I had a sense of what the result would look like, and there were not many review photos, and when I asked to see some there were no photos similar to my nose. There were no reviews anywhere on the website or elsewhere, so as a patient I felt a bit less certain. I do not think I will choose it, but I keep thinking about it because of the experience
